STEP 17 - ALL THOSE LITTLE ACHES

Being active doesn’t come without a little bit of muscle strain and discomfort.

After a hard day’s work, wouldn’t it be great if there was a natural option to help calm overworked, tired muscles?

Lucky for you, if you have the ESSENTIALS KIT, you already have some options at the tip of your fingers.

SORE NO MORE MASSAGE BLEND RECIPE

• 3 drops Peppermint Essential Oil

• 5 drops Soothing Blend

• 3 drops Lavender Essential Oil

• 4 tbsp. Fractionated Coconut Oil

Combine all ingredients in a glass jar, making sure to mix well. Apply a small amount to sore area and massage into skin.

KICK THOSE CRAMPS ROLLER BLEND RECIPE

• 5 drops Soothing Blend

• 5 drops Peppermint Essential Oil

• 3 drops Frankincense Essential Oil

Combine all ingredients in a 15 ml roller bottle and top with Fractionated Coconut Oil. Shake well before each use. Roll on to affected area and allow to absorb. TIP: for added relief, follow application with a warm compress.
