STEP 16 - RESTFUL NIGHTS

One of the best gifts after a hard day is the bliss of a good night’s SLEEP.

We all wish to sleep comfortably and peacefully, but sometimes, with all the stressors going on in our day-to-day-lives, restful sleep can seem just beyond your reach.

Does this sound familiar? You feel exhausted, yet, as soon as you lie down to sleep, your mind goes into overdrive, thinking of all the things you didn’t get finished and are waiting for you the next day.

Essential Oils can help you relax and soothe your mind to promote a peaceful feeling. Try these recipes using your ESSENTIALS KIT oils tonight!

GET SOME SHUT EYE ROLLER BLEND RECIPE

• 10 drops Lavender Essential Oil

• 4 drops Frankincense Essential Oil

• Fractionated Coconut Oil

TURN OUT THE LIGHTS ROLLER BLEND RECIPE

• 5 drops Lavender Essential Oil

• 3 drops Frankincense Essential Oil

• 3 drops Respiratory Blend

• Fractionated Coconut Oil

For these recipes, combine Essential Oils in a 15ml roller bottle and top with Fractionated Coconut Oil. Shake well before each use. Apply to the back of neck and to the bone behind each ear. TIP: these roller blends can also be diffused—just leave out the Fractionated Coconut Oil.
