Seems like SICK SEASON is never far away: whether it’s that time in the spring or just as fall weather creeps in, not to mention the dead of winter, and even the heat of high summer—we’re always just a sneeze or a sniffle away.

Essential Oils can help boost and support your immune system to better fight off those germs and can help soothe and support should you just happen to get “lucky” and catch what is going around.

SEASONAL SUPPORT ROLLER BLEND RECIPE

• 5 drops Lavender Essential Oil

• 5 drops Lemon Essential Oil
• 5 drops Peppermint Essential Oil
• Fractionated Coconut Oil

THE TOTAL BOMB ROLLER BLEND RECIPE

• 3 drops Lemon Essential Oil

• 3 drops Melaleuca Essential Oil
• 3 drops Peppermint Essential Oil
• 3 drops Protective Blend

• Fractionated Coconut Oil

Combine Essential Oils in a 15ml roller bottle and top with Fractionated Coconut Oil. Apply two to three times per day to the bottoms of feet and along the spine.

TIP: these roller blends can also be used as diffuser blends—just leave out the Fractionated Coconut Oil and diffuse away!
